Other Resources

Part of the Adirondack Center for Writing's mission is to unify the literary community that is spread throught this six-million-acre Park. Our online Adirondack Writers' Resource Guide and our membership structure are two ways we hope to acheive this goal. Another way we hope to serve as a resource is to bring writers with similar needs together. If you are a writer in search of a writing group, an author looking for an editor, or a new publisher that needs help getting the word out about your press, let us know, and we will post your request for you. Below are some notices, web sites, and annoucements. If you would like to be included on this page, just send us an email and we would be happy to post it.

Adirondack Guest Informer (AGI), a full color regional travel magazine, has chosen to increase its editorial content and expand its distribution area. Employing the time-honored Adirondack tradition of bartering, publisher Miroslav Ivkovic has invited authors of books about the Adirondacks to supply articles of regional interest in exchange for an affordable opportunity to showcase their books in the magazine.
